I was the TA for three upper-division CS classes at ASU: Theory, Software Engineering, and Distributed Software Development.

• CSE 355 — Helped students through automata, formal languages, computability, and complexity.
• CSE 360 — Helped students build and test software in teams, from requirements through delivery.
• CSE 445 — Helped students work through web services, cloud systems, and distributed design.
• Ran office hours, reviewed assignments, and gave feedback across all three classes.
• Also served as a peer mentor and point of contact for students who needed help beyond the course material.

Built chatbots, voice bots, and an internal CRM for lead tracking and client communication.

• Built bots for customer support and outreach.
• Built a private CRM around how the team actually handled leads.
• Added NLP to improve routing and response quality.
• Worked with the rest of the team to get the workflows live end to end.

Used JMP and R to analyze campaigns, improve engagement, and automate some of the repetitive reporting and ops work.

• Used data to find what was actually working across digital campaigns.
• Helped shape content and outreach for different student groups.
• Built tracking so the team could measure performance instead of guessing.
• Worked on social campaigns that increased student participation.

Handled the day-to-day tech for a legal services firm: infrastructure, support, security, and internal systems.

• Maintained the firm’s servers, network, and internal software.
• Handled employee tech support across hardware and software issues.

• Worked with the legal team to make the tools fit how they actually worked.
