What I actually use.

Not a wishlist. Everything here is something I've used in production, in classes I helped teach, or in projects that made it to real users.

The mix I come back to most is pretty consistent: Next.js + TypeScript on the web, Swift / SwiftUI for Apple stuff, Python when I need glue code, and Postgres or SQLite underneath. Then I bolt on whatever else the project needs.
